Sipapa’s car finally impounded by police

He is allegedly accused of having knocked one person’s car over the weekend and drove off after threatening the person whose car he knocked to shoot at him if he took pictures of his brand new V8 car.

Sipapa is also said to be a naughty citizen especially on the road where he violates traffic lights and most times drives in one way.

According to Chief Political Commissar of the Uganda Police Asan Kasingye, he says Sipapa’s car, the brand new V8 which he has been driving around town without number plates, has been impounded.

He will have to go to police and be questioned about people's complaints as well as make a statement about an incident where he allegedly knocked someone’s car.

This advancement came in after so many people raised complaints at police about how a normal Ugandan without any public servant titles moves around town with a car without a number plate as well as a gun.

Sipapa is always believed to be moving with security personnel and they are always both armed according to many people that raised complaints to police..

Sipapa admits he knocked someone’s car and his reason is he was running away from his fans who always run to his car whenever he is on the road especially in Kampala suburbs.

According to him, he is a celebrity that is highly loved and so many Ugandans always want to say hi to him whenever they see his car on the road and also ask for money because they know he is a rich man who also loves helping and giving people money.
