Hollywood's biggest stars attended the 2024 Met Gala in New York City on Monday.
The "Garden of Time" dress code was in honor of the Costume Institute's "Sleeping Beauties" exhibit.
Ayo Edebiri and Karlie Kloss nailed the theme in floral looks, while others wore archival pieces.

The event's theme was "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion," inspired by the Costume Institute's exhibit presenting "precious masterpieces of fashion," many of which are unable to be worn due to their delicate nature, Vogue announced in November 2023.

The dress code for the event was "The Garden of Time," inspired by J.G. Ballard's 1962 short story of the same name. Prior to the event, Vogue reported that attendees' looks would feature floral details and archival pieces, which many did.

Invitees are hand-selected by Vogue's editor in chief, Anna Wintour, and this year tickets to the ultra-exclusive event cost $75,000 each.
