Ever since the entertainment industry was fully opened, there have been a couple of Nigerian musicians like Chike and Ruger who were flown in to perform at concerts.

As if that’s not all, Nigerian female sensation artiste Tiwa Savage and Fire boy will also be jetting in the country soon ahead of concerts where they both are meant to be the headline acts.

Mukiibi Sadat known to many as Aganaga has openly said that it’s the greed and selfishness of Ugandan promoters who under look at Ugandan musicians.

According to him, Ugandans also have better acts that can headline such ebig events than Nigerians. He adds that he has never heard of a Ugandan musician being the lead act at any event in Nigeria.

Kalifah says it’s also the excitement of the different promoters about Nigerians but when it comes to music, Uganda has a lot of talent that should be looked at first by these event organisers and promoters before any other musicians from any country especially Nigeria.

"Most promoters are just selfish and excited about Nigerians but we are better than them,” Kalifah ranted.

He joins other stakeholders in the entertainment industry like Dagy Nice who have complained about promoters jetting in the country to Nigerian artists instead of looking at Ugandans first.
