TV personality Dianah Nabatanzi said men who like experimenting in bed should know that some women harbour insecurities and if things are rushed, it could make a woman uncomfortable.

Nabatanzi was reacting to her co-host Hasifah Karungi, who said that men watch kinky scenes in movies and want to try them with their wives or girlfriends without giving them a heads-up.

"There are men who see things in movies or TV series and then they come and tie you on the bed, legs and arms apart (spread-eagle style)," she said in a video seen by this reporter.

Nabatanzi chimed in: "In this era, if you've been with a person for like five years, you add more eight years, you add another 10 years and you've never tied them... What are you planning to do? You may find you quarreled the previous day and she sees you tying her!"

The actress, who has played roles in numerous local romantic comedies went on: "Some things may not apply... People who usually do such kinds of things started with them from the beginning. As you get used to each, you do it once in a while."

The TV host said that insecurities in women are something men need to take seriously.

"But if you copy it and come to do it with your wife at home; women have insecurities. I may have a huge stomach and when I'm naked, I find a way to make myself feel comfortable," she elaborated.

"But you want to come and tell me to spread my legs and arms... Some of these insecurities make it hard for a person to be free. The man copies something from 50 Shades of Grey, and it fails to work."

The co-host named Haffy Powers also weighed in: "People should learn to know that these things are scripted. People are acting. So, if you come and want to translate it into reality, you are being unrealistic."

The trio hosts a relationship and dating show called 'Kasukaali’ on BBS TV.
