The questions from journalists were a follow-up to Namakula's recent comments at Winnie Nwagi's concert where she said that she respects Kenzo because they are co-parents.
Eddy Kenzo says Rema is ‘invited to my festival if she wants’
Musician Edrisah Musuuza, known professionally as Eddy Kenzo, offered comical responses when he was asked to comment on his relationship with his baby mama Rema Namakula.

She also rallied people to turn up in big numbers for the Eddy Kenzo Festival, which is slated for November 12 at Kololo Airstrip in Kampala.
Namakula, who didn't confirm her attendance, said: "I respect him so much as a father. On the day of the concert, even if I do not come, I ask [everyone] to attend and support him.”
When Kenzo was asked if he had invited her, he said: "If she wants... to come, she is invited."
On whether it's true that they are smoothly co-parenting, he responded: "What should I tell them [people]? Why do you want me to repeat words [implying Rema's words]? Whatever she said, go with that, simple."
Pressed to respond to people who believe he has issues with his baby mama, he said: "Don't make me repeat someone's words, I wasn't there when they were saying them."
Speaking to journalists at Nwagi's concert on September 9, Rema Namakula discouraged journalists from probing too much into relationship issues because people in love are unpredictable.
"Now you are poking your nose in people's families. You see family issues, you leave them and let loved ones sort each other," she said.
"But marriage issues, my friend, don't involve yourself. I fight my husband today, tomorrow he is my friend and [the person] who has been advising me, we look at you as an enemy trying to sabotage our relationship. That's marriage.”
Kenzo and Namakula dramatically ended their relationship in 2019 when she started dating Dr Hamza Sebunya, who was still a medical student at Makerere University.
The breakup hurt the Sitya Loss singer so much that it even showed through his uncoordinated social media rants that made him sound deranged.
He had been with her for about six years and they have a daughter named Aamal Musuuza.
