The incident happened around the Naalya Kiwatule roundabout and after hitting the man’s car, he allegedly threatened to beat and shoot him.

Sipapa was moving with another security personnel and they were both armed according to the victim whose car was knocked.

His car was last week impounded by police according to Asan Kasingye, the Chief Political Commissar of police.

News coming in is that he has been saved by one Bishop Andrew who went to Kira road police and compensated the damaged car which Sipapa allegedly knocked down.

Bishop Andrew says Sipapa is currently low on cash and doesn’t have enough money to compensate the victim whose car was damaged. He adds that he compensated Ben whose car was knocked on behalf of Sipapa because he has on so many occasions helped him too.

However he did not reveal how much was paid to him, Ben, whose car was knocked and damaged by Sipapa, allegedly withdrew the case from Kira road police.

Sipapa has been pinpointed by so many people especially on social media as an untouchable Uganda because of how he behaves in public and his unpleasant character.
