Zuena reminds the internet of Bebe Cool's fasting problems

In a video shared on Instragram and TikTok, Zuena used the hilarious voice note of Cool saying he doesn't fast because he'd catch a fever when he tried to.

"Whenever I tried to fast, by the time it gets to 2pm, I would feel feverish," Cool said sometime back. “Strong fever."

In 2023, Zuena Kirema couldn't hold back laughter as she talked about why her husband, Bebe Cool, can't fast.

Cool, known for his controversial takes, was once filmed saying he can't fast because he feels feverish at around 2pm every time he fasts.

According to Kirema, her husband was always motivated to fast during the holy month of Ramadan but hunger always tormented him.

"He used to try to fast. [Laughs]. The truth is that he tried," said Kirema.

"You would even wake him up to eat Daku. But he would wake up in the morning saying, how do you manage, I'm starving? [Haha]."

She went on: "I would tell him to be strong and he would assure me he will. Then he would tell me, let me sleep a little. And I would tell him if you sleep, it will be worse. Just be busy with work."

Kirema continued: "Then he would go in a meeting and before you know it, he would call saying, honey, I've taken water, I'm starving, and I would tell him, fine, you will try tomorrow."

Zuena said every time Bebe Cool broke the fast before the official time, he would come back and promise to do better the next day. But he would wake up to watch TV and by 10am, he would be asking for breakfast and repeat the cycle.

The Kapere hitmaker revealed that even last year he couldn't fast because he was on medication.

This year Ramadan started on Sunday, March 10.
