Rema shared Aaliyah’s pictures because she is afraid of Chosen Becky - Olaxes Ismail
Social commentator Olaxes Ismail, aka Kalevu, believes songstress Rema Namakula finally showed her baby's face to the public because she is afraid of competition from fellow female singers.

Ismail, also the president of the Uganda Bloggers Association, recalled how Rema recently said that she never wants to tell Ugandans about her life because they are evil-hearted.
"When I discovered that you [Ugandans] are evil-hearted, I no longer show you what makes me happy," Rema said.
"I stopped showing you the good things. I now [sic] show you whatever I want. At first, I thought if you're happy, you should just feel free, let it all out and people see because it's normal," she elaborated.
"But I discovered that it's not normal. I chucked you. I'm angry at you."
The Wandiisa Ki singer, however, didn't seem serious when she was making the comments.
Ismail also cited another recent incident in which Rema's husband, Dr. Hamza Ssebunya was accused of cheating.
"Rema had said we are bad people, she no longer wants to show us her things. But she forgot about the growing competition. On checking [the internet], Chosen Becky was edging her out with more hit songs, and trends on social media... Chosen Becky is releasing skits, Chosen Becky is confident... she realised she was out of touch," the chatty blogger said.
"It's true that people like her, but they no longer miss her, that's why they released that video to make it look like Hamza is cheating so that they can trend again, then the next day they released another video showing her waving bye as he is going to work... Rema has realised she is out of touch."
However, saying that Beck is giving her a run for her money is a bit unrealistic, considering she still beats her in numbers on most, if not all, platforms that musicians use to promote content.
