The competition is getting tighter and tensions are rising between the two presidential seat contenders as the date draws near, but the commission refuted Saha's complaints and claims.

“We shall use SMS to vote. We want every UMA member to participate and some of the members don’t have smartphones,” Phina Mugerwa, a member of the UMA electoral commission confirmed.
