Inside the making of Spice Diana, Ray G duet 'Omusheshe'

At 4.2 million views, Omusheshe is Spice Diana's fourth most-watched video on her YouTube channel which counts over half a million subscribers.

It's also her second most watched duet, coming next to Body, her collabo with Nince Henry which has collected 6.2 million views in two years.

Omusheshe is Diana's collabo with Ray G, born Reagan Muhairwe, and it was released in 2019.

Appearing on Galaxy TV recently, G said named it among his four biggest songs, the others being Mureebe, Owangye and Make A Way.

For the song to happen, Ray G and Spice Diana's manager, Roger Lubega, found themselves in the same meeting and the relationship began from there.

Yesse Oman Rafiki was hired to write Diana's parts in the song while G wrote the Runyankore parts.

Oman Rafiki, who is a singer, songwriter, and music manager, penned some of Bebe Cool's biggest songs, including Sente, Kabulengane, Mbozi Za Malwa, and Want It.

The video of Omusheshe was directed by Jahlive while the audio was produced by Digg Baur, the beatmaker behind such hits as Energy (Jose Chameleone & Geosteady), Baliwa (Chameleone), Best Friend (Spice Diana & King Saha), Emmala (Spice & OS Suuna), Tondwisa (Spice & Chris Evans), Mood (Spice), Ninda & Mummy Yo (Sheebah), Silwana (Sheebah & Carol Nantongo), Empeta (Sheebah & Saha), Akkuse (Sheebah), Tell Me (Fik Fameica), Omwana Wabandi & Sala Pulesa (King Saha), Abantu Baffe (Saha & Ziza Bafana), Kappa Yo, Ekyakuzaala, Muna, Money & Enyama (Gravity Omutujju), Kiwujjo & Kimala (Desire Luzinda), Twatoba (Pallaso and Davido), Igwe (Mun G), Munange (Winnie Nwagi) and Kengere (Mudra Viral).
