Barugaraha, who for years has connected a number of musicians to the presidency and the first family, uploaded the song which lasts for two minutes and 56 seconds on his Twitter and Facebook.
Balaam roasted after posting audio of Diamond's song dedicated to Museveni

Most of the commenters said the voice in the Swahili song is not for Platinumz and skepticism was also inspired by the fact that the song is recorded over the beat of Kwangwaru, Platinumz's 2018 collaboration with Tanzanian crooner Rajab Abdul Kahali, alias Harmonize whom he badly fell out with.
Their relationship soured when Harmonize was forced to pay over Shs700 million to gain exclusive rights to all the music he produced under WCB Wasafi, the record label owned by Diamond Platinumz.
"Did Harmonize give Platinum[z] a greenlight to re-do the song!?” a commenter asked Barugahara on Facebook.
“Eh, did you (Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi) seek consent from Ssabalwanyi Tibuhaburwa ‘the Mchwezi’ to re-do that song with his name and that of his beloved son, well-knowing the song was done for the deceased patriot [John Magufuli]? I'm not that much about it, but the precedent is not as good!!!!!"
Another said: "That's not his voice; stop fooling Ugandans."
"Why is Diamond Platinumz tagged in this joke? 😑 😐 😆 😂 🤣 He should sue you for defamation," reads another comment.
The event promoter has said a video of the song is being worked on. It's not new for musicians to record songs praising or dissing leaders or doing things to associate with powerful people.
Bebe Cool did one for former South African leader Mandela. In the 2016 presidential elections, a number of musicians teamed up to sing a campaign song for president Museveni.
Diamond Platinumz himself campaigned for Raila Odinga in the 2022 Kenya presidential elections. Harmonize praised former Tanzanian President John Magufuli in a song.
