Tiwa Savage set for Ugandan concert

Nigerian musician Tiwa Savage will be jetting in the country next month ahead of her concert.

Tiwa was last in Uganda over 7 years ago in 2015 where she held her first ever show in Uganda on women’s day at Kati Kati restaurant. This will be her second time performing in the pearl of Africa.

She will be performing in Uganda at Lugogo Cricket Oval, on April 22nd 2022.

She broke the news about her return to Kampala city through her official Facebook page. She shared a picture of the event where she is slated to perform and captioned it with a long caption.

“Muli Mutya UGANDA Get ready, cause I’m bringing the vibe and energy to your city, see you soon” Tiwa posted.

According to her and the promoters of the concert, they say Tiwa will be bringing the high vibe and energy to the city during the event.

Ever since the economy was fully reopened with events and concerts which were under total lockdown for over two year, a couple of Nigerian artists have flocked the country for performances and concerts like Chike, Ruger and Fire Boy will also be in the country soon.

Tiwa Savage real name Tiwatope Savage is a 42 year old British-Nigerian singer, songwriter and actress. She is also the first female Nigerian artiste to be nominated for BET awards.
