Africa Laughs is a brainchild of Idringi who is also a comedian.

The 2022 edition was held at Kololo Airstrip and the other comedians who performed at the show were Eric Omondi from Kenya, Gordons from Nigeria, Loyiso Gola from South Africa, Celeste Ntuli from South Africa, and Daliso Chaponda from Zambia.

According to Q Dube, after the show they headed for an after-party where he met a woman who "vibed with him" but everything appeared too smooth and too good to be true.

Dube, who was appearing on That Zed Podcast, said that within like 30 minutes the babe's hand was on his thigh.

He said the babe's actions "overpowered his mind" and he stopped thinking clearly!

A few minutes later, she suggested they leave the bar and offered to drive him so they could go and finish what they had started.

Before leaving, Dube went to say bye to Patrick Salvador Idringi.

As he was stepping out of the bar toward the woman's car, "Idringi's bodyguard" warned him that they were "running game on Dube."

Fortunately, Idringi rushed to stop him before he could enter the car and broke the news to him.

He said he was told the lady could have taken advantage of him in many different ways, including kidnapping him or robbing him.

Meanwhile, Q Dube told the hosts of That Zed Podcast that Uganda is among the "hardest" audiences he has performed for as people didn't laugh at his jokes.

In 2022, Africa Laughs was being hosted for the sixth time.
