The deejay has been entertaining listeners over the weekend on Saturday nights, at the station along with other deejays. After four years, it appears the Saturday night has been long and the fans too far as he returns to the Kampala city night life to perform live.
Slick Stuart leaves NXT Radio behind for 'greener pasture'
Ugandan entertainer and Deejay Stuart Kavuma, popularly known as DJ Slick Stuart, has allegedly left Bukoto-based radio station NXT Radio to concentrate on his partnerships with brands and bars.
He was recently caught on camera enjoying the love fans were showering him with on stage as the popular South African "Ameno" played in the background.
Last year, Kavuma was recruited on the Johnnie Walker brand entourage "The Walkers" for their nationwide tour to entertain fans. He has headlined the shows with fellow DJs, MCs and artists.
It is alleged that these new commitments at numerous events around town might be pulling him away from his time at the station. His is "the most sought multiple award winning professional DJ" after all.
Alongside fellow deejay and business partner DJ Roja, the two have announced the return of the popular Mixtape party for a season 8. The party will be happening in November at the Victoria Hall at Serena Hotel.
The entertainer is an avid Manchester United FC supporter and his Twitter is devoted to keeping up with the soccer team. Hopefully he hasn't been recruited, to revive the Old Trafford with his music, during the transfer window currently happening in the Premier league.
His net worth is currently estimated at $35,000.00.
