There have been unconfirmed rumours about Kabako quitting TNS for a while now but the musician hadn’t come out to talk about it.

While he was appearing on an interview, Kabako confirmed leaving the camp and that he has nothing against his former managers. He added that TNS will always be part of him.

When he was asked why it took him so long to let the cat out that he left the label, Kabako says it’s the respect and love he has for his former manager Jeff Kiwa and other managers from the camp. According to him, it’s better to leave in peace because anytime tables can turn .

It was rumoured that it’s because of the land that he bought from his former manager that had wrangles that caused him to leave TNS, but he came out and made it clear that he left land matters alone because they almost cost his life.

Early last year Kabako got involved in land wrangles after the land that was sold to him by Jeff was allegedly owned by another person in the areas of Munyonyo.

“I had to think twice about this land and I decided to give up. I and Jeff Kiwa sat down and solved our issues about this plot of land because it almost cost my life. The frustrations and depressions from the land battles and wrangles got me hospitalized and my wife agreed we give up,” said Roden Y Kabako.

Previously before confessing about his exit from TNS, he had hinted on following his mentor and best friend Sheebah who quit the camp late last year.

His departure from the team was first shared by fellow musician Diamond Oscar who is also signed under Team No Sleep. According to Oscar.
