His ex baby mama known as Winnie Amoo Allison has also posted on her social media asking the almighty God to receive and forgive Oulanyah of anything that didn’t go on well while he still lived.

The Speaker of Parliament of Uganda was announced dead on Sunday by the president of Uganda. Oulanyah died in Seattle, US.

“Gone too soon, fare thee well, Jacob. May God receive you and forgive your transgressions. Your memory will live forever. Wot ma ber lawota,” Amoo posted on her official Facebook.
She and Oulanyah walked down the aisle on January 19, 2013 in a glamorous event that was presided over by Archbishop Stanley Ntagali at All Saints Cathedral in Kampala.
The major highlight of their reception was the attendance of the president of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
The reception also attracted a number of high end dignitaries from different political camps as well as sectors.
The couple of the late Oulanya and Winnie had two children together before their marriage failed and part ways.
On June 17, 2016, High Court judge known as Alexandra Nkonge Rugadya on June 17th called off the marriage after Winnie agreed that it wasn’t totally working out.
They both moved on and mid last year, Amoo got married to Derek Allison who is an American citizen.
