The Kitende based club have unveiled another Brazilian coach, Roberto Luiz Bianchi Pelliser alias Beto as their new head coach.
Vipers unveil another Brazilian coach
Vipers Sports Club Brazilian romance continues with the acquisition of yet another head coach from the South American nation.
Beto replaces Roberto Oliveira alias Robertinho who joined Tanzanian giants Simba SC. The Brazilian tactician put pen to paper on a two-year employment contract with the club.
The latest unveiling follows the exit of Oliviera and his assistant Marcelo Cardoso who left the club leaving the technical bench without a head.
Beto comes on board with fellow Brazilian Roberto Martinez as the assistant coach. Richard Wasswa will be the second assistant and Ibrahim Mugisha as the goalkeeping coach.
A brief profile
Beto was the coach Ciudad de Murcia B between 2004-2007, Atlético Ciudad (2007-2009) and at Zamora between 2009-2010.
He coached at Lorca Deportiva (2011), Batavia Union (2012-2013), Pro Duta (2013–2014),
RRFC (2014–2015), Kazma (2020-21) and at GD Interclube in 2021.
In Africa, he coached at Petro du Luanda between 2016-2019 and the Angolan national team in 2017.
His main task at Vipers will be guiding the Venoms out of the CAF Champions League group stages.
