KCCA FC signs teenager from Eddy Kenzo’s Big Talent Soccer Academy
Singer Eddy Kenzo’s investment in sports is beginning to bear fruits.
The Naguru based team is expected to have a very busy transfer window after yet another trophy-less season.
Wabyoona is now a Kasasiro boy signed to the club for the long haul; a whooping 5 years, a sign that the club believes he could be the next big thing in local football.
The youngster was part of the historic Uganda junior side, the U20 who were finalists in Mauritania in 2021.
He trades as defensive midfielder. His former employer, Big Talent Soccer Academy is backing him for a successful spell at KCCA FC.
“I feel very happy to sign for KCCA FC. This is a very big club and I am aware of the task at hand but I am ready for the competition. I have worked with the Manager Morley Byekwaso at the U20 National Team and this was an easy decision for me to make. I can wait to get started soon with the lads”, he told KCCA FC media.
Wabyoona becomes the second player to join KCCA FC in this transfer window after Moses Waiswa.
