Songstress Juliana Kanyomozi finally addressed claims that she scheduled her concert on the same day as B2C's to sabotage them.

Kanyomozi held her first concert in eight years on Friday, August 18 at the Kampala Serena Hotel, the same day B2C, alias Kampala Boys, were performing at Freedom City in Kampala.

Kampala Boys announced theirs first, so when the Kibaluma singer, who is a bigger brand decided to fix hers on the same day, a section of the public and some critics in the industry interpreted it as underhanded behaviour.

In a video seen by this reporter, the Nabikoowa hitmaker said that she is a fan of Kampala Boys and she didn't have any ill motives.

"Because they said that I saw their poster and decided to announce my concert date. You can't just wake up and decide to announce a show. It comes after a lot of planning. And people should stop the thinking that for one artiste to succeed, another must first fail. If you are creating good music, you'll all be liked. You understand!... And I love those boys a lot... I'm their fan, I love their music a lot. What I was reading in the news was childish," she said.

One of her biggest critics was Nimrod Nabeeta, popularly known as DJ Nimrod, who was also concerned about the scheduling and also noted that Kanyomozi didn't deserve support because she never supports other singers.

In response to this, Juliana Kanyomozi said: "Anyone who has followed me for a while will tell you that I'm always there for my colleagues. Social media support is not the only form of showing support. There are a lot of things I do for people that you don't know about... so, I don't have to explain myself because someone talked. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If he sees me like that, it's fine. I'm a big fan of Ugandan music. On my playlists, it's Ugandan music that's on top. In my car, there are repeats of Ugandan music. I'm patriotic."

She added: "I became really active in the middle of the year... I'm glad that my fans were happy for my return. I found them waiting... I thank God for that."

B2C is made up of Mr. Lee, Bobby Lash, and Julio Delivad.
