Robin Kisti announces split from fiancé
Veteran media personality Robinah Nambooze, popularly known as Robin Kisti announced Monday that she had ended her romance with her fiancé Mark Asiimwe.

They introduced each other to their parents in November 2021.
Kisti, who became popular while hosting an entertainment show at NTV Uganda, had said that they would wed this year.
“My wedding and Kwanjula will happen next year, summertime because my close family, all my sisters live in London and they have to be there of course. I cannot hold a wedding or Kwanjula without them and they have kids so we have to get the best time,” she said, according to The Kampala Sun.
Kisti did not reveal the cause of the breakup. She thanked her followers on Snapchat who sent words of encouragement in a follow-up post.
"Thanks for the kind words, one day I will be strong enough to tell, but for now let me enjoy my life."
Kisti, who has also worked as a model and emcee, has three children. She studied in Uganda for her primary school and left for the UK when she was joining senior two.
After high school, she went to the US to study Fine Arts, majoring in acting at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.
In 2015, Kisti, 36, left NTV, saying she wasn't making enough to satisfy her lifestyle, and relocated to the US. She did menial jobs there.
