About a year ago, he was nabbed by Next Media to co-host NXT Radio breakfast show. He was brought in to replace Marcus Kwikiriza.
However, the radio station has been struggling to stay relevant despite the copious amount of money that has been invested. They have found it quite the challenge to acquire a sizable portion of the radio listeners' market. Rudende was forced to quit.
“Karitas Karisimbi am gonna miss that infectious smile and energy. I’m more than confident that the team will get the best replacement on the show and keep breaking radio records. Coming out of retirement for an audiovisual radio experience was more than worth it.” he said about co-host Karitas.
He is associated with Songa communications in the Digital Communications and Relations department.
