The concerned fans who won’t let sleeping dogs lie have been poking and prodding in the dark love-life of the beloved “mummy” like heat-seekers trying to find a warm body beside her, all in vain.

Good news hits the internet that their requests have been answered as the 62-year-old entrepreneur and humanitarian reveals in a recent interview with BTM TV that she is ready to meet and mingle with a younger and loaded man.

The “Sambagala Nsanyuke” hit single artist has gone in detail about her preference in men both in age and material standards. Only the best for the proud “mother of all artists in Uganda” is acceptable; a man that is younger than her by a reasonable 1 to 2 years and a happy bank account “I am old school so I don’t give a man money.”

Halima has not been without stain on her record, in 2003 the mother of four was involved in a scandal with the broadcasting council for operating her radio station BEAT FM without a license. She was also involved in an accident that cost her over US$25,OOO and had a fallout with the city authorities for littering with her concert posters.

She has amassed a number of awards including a Lifetime Achievement Award from Divas Awards in 2009. She was Mrs. Uganda in 2009 and represented the country in the Mrs. World Pageant that was held in Vietman. She is the founder of Women At Work International which helps sex workers off the streets by creating employment opportunities for them.

With her infectious joy and remarkable contribution to the world around her it won’t be long before the actress is “boo-ed up”.
