Vienna girls that coupled-up for prom trigger Ugandan internet

Users on the Ugandan internet have raised an outrageous alarm on the portal after pictures of two girl-students, coupling together, on the prom red-carpet, left many discontented.

In the pictures making rounds, the students are identified as students of Vienna College Namugongo, given the backdrop in front of which, they strut their stuff.

According to most internet users, the girl couples that rocked the red carpet together violated social and moral values that the country prides itself in, as the pictures depict pride in same gender unions, even for an arrangement as trivial as prom.

One of the users to express his dissatisfaction with the gesture is social media influencer, By Far 13.

According to By Far, the pictures of the couples are sore to the eyes, as not many parents would be delighted in this gesture.

"Imagine as a parent you sent your girl to a single school to keep her way from boys then boom! You come across such a pic and its your daughter!" he notes.

"Oh Uganda!" he exclaims.

In the comments section, a one Nicholas comments noting that such actions are being taken for granted yet the future consequences of such behavior are catastrophic.

"These things are taken for granted but the future fruits of such behaviors is too terrible," he notes.

Popular tweep Ugaman also took to his personal handle to express his grievances.

"Was this prom or what!!!" he exclaimed.

A one Brenda Apre shared Ugaman's curiosities asking when Vienna became a single school.

"Once the society begins normalizing such, then boom we are gone," she adds.

Nevertheless, despite most users getting triggered by this display, other users argued that both couples could have gone for prom together due to an imbalance in the number of male students.
