Natural resources abound in Africa, including minerals, oil, gas, and arable land. The continent is a major player in the world's resource markets, holding around 30% of the world's mineral reserves.

Aside from its abundance of natural wealth Africa also boasts the world’s fastest-growing economy, second only to Asia. Consequently, there is an extensive market rapidly growing, one that could propel the continent to the globe’s major economic determinant.

Foreign investment possibilities abound in Africa across a wide range of industries. The continent offers a dynamic and exciting investment landscape, spanning from consumer markets, technology, and renewable energy to natural resources and infrastructural development.

However, some countries on the continent offer a wider range of opportunities for prosperity than others according to a recent report by Henley and Partners.

This is highlighted by their Henley Opportunity Index, which Henley and Partners state “is a proprietary benchmarking tool that quantifies the impact and probability of success that a premium education coupled with additional residence rights and/or alternative citizenships acquired through investment migration can have on preserving and growing multi-generational wealth.”
