Under the hood is a 4.5 liter (4500CC) BRABUS 900 twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 900 hp. That’s the same power as that of a top-of-the-range supercar and although it is an automatic transmission, it boasts of a nine-speed gearbox.

The new SUV employs an all-wheel-drive super-sports SUV. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds and that is ridiculous for a 3-ton car. Top speed is electronically limited to 280 km/h.

A powerful beast needs a powerful exhaust to deliver. The BRABUS 900 comes with the newly developed BRABUS stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system with actively controlled valves.

At the touch of a button, the Active sound management system of the exhaust system will switch from an exceedingly throaty V8 sound in “Sport” mode to a subtle whisper in “Coming Home” mode.

The brand new BRABUS 900 Rocket Edition is a tailor-made, newly developed variant of the signature BRABUS Widestar exterior concept. It’s designed not only to give the SUV an extra athletic appearance but it’s designed with aerodynamics in mind.

The new design features a special all-carbon front spoiler enhanced by custom side flaps which reinvents the car’s iconic face while reducing front-axle lift at its staggering high speed.

Two options for paintwork are available, they include “Signature Black’ and “Stealth Gray”. Carbon fiber trim elements around the fender flares on the front and rear axles accentuate the re-imagined Widestar exterior design.

BRABUS handcrafted the interior to match its performance. The black leather design impresses with its immaculate finish, compete with crest-shaped quilting applied through pinpoint precision on the seats, trims elements, and the footwells.

The cabin features high-gloss carbon trim that emphasizes the extra sporty flair. The aluminum pedals and door-lock pins, as well as the stainless-steel scuff plates complete with backlit BRABUS logo, which can change color in sync with ambient lighting, gives you a taste of luxury.
