Lipa Later took to Twitter and Instagram to announce their new influencers; Martha Byoga a.k.a Maritza and Bareija Collins Emeka a.k.a the romantic mukiga. Both influencers took to their social media pages to share the good news with their online audience.

In January, Lipa Later raised US$12 million from a consortium of investors to help it increase coverage in existing markets and expand into new ones.

The company's proprietary credit-scoring and machine learning system enables a consumer to sign up and get a credit limit in seconds, without the need for bulky documentation and a lengthy approval process.

Lipa Later has exclusive partnerships with retailers in Uganda allowing shoppers to pay for products in instalments such as Transtel , Rosefoam , mobile shop , Alibaba’s computer world , DSN Technologies , Sage buyers , charge ko, abanista.com among others in products like home appliances, furniture, solar power systems, agriculture and commercial equipment.
