Nimrod’s bold question after Prim Asiimwe said she’s hitting the streets
Prim Asiimwe Aliguma announced Tuesday afternoon that she was leaving Galaxy F.M.
During one of her last shows at the Kasanga-based station, Asiimwe was asked about her next move and she said she would be hitting the streets.
To D.J. Nimrod, this meant she was planning to become a woman of the night.
The deejay, whose real name is Nimrod Nabeeta, said: "Let me tell you... they earn highly. Ask us who hired them."
He inquired: "Prim, where you are going to be located?"
Asiimwe responded: "Oh my God, not that street, bro... that's not what I meant."
Nimrod insisted: "Where are you going to be located we come and buy?"
Prim Asiimwe, who had been at the station for 10 years, meant she was going to start hustling.
Asiimwe, who is also a model and influencer, hosted her last show on Thursday, April 27.
She joined in 2013 while she was still a student and the Galaxy F.M. launched in 2012.
While there, she played multiple roles, including as Producer and lead Presenter for Evening Rush and Galaxy Top 20 Countdown.
She also did Public Relations (P.R.) duties for the Station.

Who is Nimrod?
Born in 1987, according to publically available information, Nimrod started deejaying 2003 while still in school. He appeared on the big stage when he was introduced by D.J. Apeman to Kampala bars in 2007. Apeman would give him opportunities to mix during comedy shows at Theatre Labonita.
In 2013, he joined Galaxy FM when it has just started and he has since become a household name, playing at big concerts and hosting highly-attended events. The first big concert he ever played at was the P-Square concert in 2012.
Born Nimrod Nabeeta, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Makerere University.
