While speaking about their issues, Nimrod also urged any musician that doesn't want their music on his playlist to inform him. He is always ready to delete it.
"Any musician who doesn't want me to play their music should... let me know... You'll see whether I will stay with their music," Nimrod said.
"And there are musicians I deleted from my laptop. For instance, Nince Henry. He lied that he gave me money to play his music, blah, blah and we fell out. I don't like him. He doesn't like me. I don't have his music."
Who is Nimrod?
Born in 1987, according to publically available information, Nimrod started deejaying 2003 while still in school. He appeared on the big stage when he was introduced by D.J. Apeman to Kampala bars in 2007. Apeman would give him opportunities to mix during comedy shows at Theatre Labonita.
In 2013, he joined Galaxy FM when it has just started and he has since become a household name, playing at big concerts and hosting highly-attended events. The first big concert he ever played at was the P-Square concert in 2012.
Born Nimrod Nabeeta, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Makerere University.
Who is Nince Henry?
Born Henry Ninsiima Ssekyanzi, he is among the top songwriters in the country, having written songs for top musicians including Iryn Namubiru, Spice Diana, Bebe Cool, Rema, Samalie Matovu and Julie Mutesasira.
The 32-year-old singer and songwriter went to Jinja SS and Kampala International University where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
Away from writing songs for other artistes, he has also penned jams for himself and some of his songs include Cinderella, Mpola Mpola, Sikyakaaba, Kabiriti, Kaberebere, Taata Womuntu, Basusi Bamenvu, and Mali Yangu.
