Alien Skin's brothers: 'He gets blessings from our mother, it's not witchcraft'

Alien Skin's brother says the singer gets his blessings from visiting his parents (mother) and other artists should consider doing the same. He says those who accuse Alien Skin of witchcraft should try visiting their parents and guardians for blessings. The artist was visiting his mother in Kiboga where his brother lauded him.

Alien Skin recently visited his mother in Kiboga.

During a recent visit to his mother, captured in this video, Alien Skin's brother is seen sitting close to their mother in a shed where she prepares meals. The brother, whose name this editor wasn't able to get, happily praises his mother for being a blessing to them.

According to the video, Alien Skin, real name Patrick Mulwana, is a middle child with two brothers. The eldest praises his brother for keeping in touch with his roots in the family and advised those who claim his success is a result of black magic to follow his example.

Indeed, Alien Skin won over the hearts of Ugandans effortlessly in a short period of time. However, the artist has great confidence in his talent and the skills to back it up. He has been quoted saying he was a star before the world found him. He has also affirmed that his mission is to reach a billion shillings in a fashion similar to his claim to fame.

“No one has ever seen me on a poster like other upcoming artists,” he said in this interview.

According to Mulwana's mother, he was not a stubborn child and is rather of a calm demeanour, adding that his lyrical talent can be traced to his wordy personality.

The artist was in Kiboga with a fleet of cars and his friends to see his mother. His celebrity status quickly garnered the attention of residents and soon he was surrounded by children and adults alike.

He is seen having lighthearted moments with the family and fans. The group shares a meal served by the mother.

When talking about his relationship with his mother, Alien Skin said that he once went against his mother's wishes when she bought him a motorcycle. He quickly discovered that wasn't his calling.

"Every time I find a challenge, I know I'm in the wrong place," Skin said in this interview.

Despite taking a different path than what she had in mind, the two were more than happy chatting and spending time together.
