1. Ba Boys
Lithan MC (better known as Mukuru We'chaanga) tapped Ambroy and Truth256 to feature on this banger sung in Runyankore and English.
It's as good to listen to because of the wordplay as it is to dance to. The song, which was produced by Instramento, has a beautiful video shot by Mr. OSP Nax.
Instramento is also the producer behind Owangye & Muniga (Ambroy), Boot (Ambroy ft. Ivan Clean), To Parte (Starcent DJ & Red ft. Ambroy & Pafbuoyy), Confession (Ivan Clean ft. Shwento Banjo) and Niiwe Wenka (Ivan Clean ft. Agaba Banjo),
2. Tugende Yo
Viboyo is set to release his music album and he is already teasing his fans with some songs off it. The first jam from the album is Tugende Yo on which he teamed up with Azawi.
The song, whose lyrics are in Luganda and English, was produced by Bangar Boi, the beatmaker behind some recent big songs, including 10 over 10 and Omwenge by Azawi, Onkubye Nyo by Winnie Nwagi, Tutu Mama by Elijah Kitaka & Vinka, All Over You by Vinka and Ndi Wuwo by Elijah Kitaka.
3. One More Night
Biswanka used his time at Fangone Forest to copy Alien Skin's playbook. He is releasing songs at almost the same pace as the Sitya Danger hitmaker.
In the first week of January, he dropped visuals of an old song, the following week, he shared that he was set to release a song with John Blaq.
One More Night, the single that saw him feature in George Will's song -- was produced by Shidy Beats, who also recorded his other songs -- Ontunulemu and Rest of My Life.
Biswanka also featured in Nisay P's new ballad titled Love is Over.
4. Ndi Mbega
Alien Skin dropped the audio of a funky jam titled Ndi Mbega (Luganda for I'm a spy), which was produced by GZ Beats, the beatmaker behind his hits like Obwenzi, Ready Fi War, Party Who, Kimenke Ooh, Can Did It, Private Part and Tonkaka.
The song is just one day older than the video of Guno Omwaka, whose audio was released in the first week of January. GZ Beats is the producer of Guno Omwaka, too.
5. Kokonyo
They first teased their fans with spicy pictures from the filming of the song's video which was directed by Nolton-George, the directing duo behind the visuals of songs like Nakusiima (Carol Nantongo), Nkwagala Dala, Many, Yankutudde, Tugende and Nalongo (David Lutalo).
Kokonyo is what you would classify as an urban contemporary song and it was produced by Nessim, who also made the beats of Saha's 2023 hit duet with Feffe Bussi titled Pretty Pretty.
