Nimrod says Alien, Gravity bigger than A Pass, tells him to take Kikadde gigs

Nimrod, who has been chewing out A Pass following their disagreement on whether MC Mariachi did wrong when he slapped TikTok sensation Tenge Tenge, said the last hit song he had was Mairana which was released in 2016.

"Your work is lousy. Your work is yet to be great," said the deejay while appearing on M.E Media, adding that his new album is yet to have a hit song. "You've just released an album. Maybe it will grow to become good or it won't. But you are attacking a comedian whose work is liked. Mariachi is booked from Monday to Monday."

Asked if A Pass isn't booked, the Galaxy FM drive show co-host said: "Where have you seen him performing? He's not booked, yet he calls himself a GOAT (Greatest of All Time); how? Even Chameleone, the baddest artiste here in Uganda is always performing on shows. Where have you ever seen A Pass? Maybe we can't afford him, just as Salvado said the local industry can't afford him?"

When the interviewer said he is expensive, Nimrod said: "Are you saying he's more expensive than Kenzo? Is A Pass more expensive than Kenzo? Is he more expensive than Rema? Than Chameleone? If you can hire Kenzo, Rema, Sheebah, Spice, Nwagi, Chameleone? Those are the most expensive artistes here in Uganda. Where do you hire him to perform? To sing what?"

According to DJ Nimrod, most of A Pass' money comes from endorsements and not music.

On A Pass calling him a pig, Nimrod responded: "He is also like an antelope."

Comparing A Pass to other artistes

"I can't compare Gravity to A Pass. Gravity is way bigger," said Nimrod. "I can't compare Fik Fameica to A Pass. Fik Fameica is big. I can't compare Geosteady to A Pass. Geosteady is big."

He added: "Alien Skin is also bigger... Do you know that Alien skin has more hits than A Pass?"

He said A Pass has "like only 5 hit songs" and named Tuli Kubigere, Didadada, Mariana, and Memories (featuring Lilian Mbabazi).

He said all the aforementioned artistes have held concerts in bigger venues than A Pass.
