"Roger, stop being a crybaby," said Sendi while appearing on Vibe Lyfe Ug during a panel show he co-hosts with Batt Badru and Jenkins Mukasa. "He is among the people in the industry that are always complaining about being talked about"
According to Sendi, real name, Edward Ssendikadiwa, people who are always playing victim are usually the problem.
At some point, he also seemed to imply that Roger had started competing for the limelight with Diana.
Meanwhile, his comments come after Diana took to Facebook live to abuse Jenkins Mukasa, a longtime friend and workmate of Sendi.
Sendi said Diana embarrassed herself during the Facebook live.
"Spice Diana as long as you're still a musician, never do a live video abusing anyone," he said. "It's a bad thing. It's something that pulls you down. You are the one claiming someone is trying to ruin your career, but if I were in Jenkins' feet, I would just wash my hands because you've displayed your mannerisms."
He said most artsites are not any different than what Diana did, it's just that their managers protect them from such behaviour. During the Facebook live, Diana was moving with Manager Roger in the car and he encouraged her.
"Most of these artistes are really badly behaved but they never get to show it because of good management," he said. "Spice Diana, I'm not saying this because you abused someone I work with; if you are a musician who wants fans, don't abuse a person. That's displaying bad manners."
Eddie Sendi told Roger to be the kind of manager who takes constructive criticism and uses it.
