Nampiima passed away at Mengo Hospital in Kampala on Tuesday, where she had been undergoing treatment for over a month.
She was aged 65.
Namubiru, in her remarks at the funeral, said her mother had suffered a lot.
“She was a strong and very enduring woman. She was jolly and loved everyone,” she said.

Patrick in his remarks, thanked the people who stood with the family through the trying moment, including Summer’s friend who was at her bedside all through the treatment.
