AfriDigital, the parent company of NRG Radio, has appointed Julius Kyazze, co-founder of Swangz Avenue and Buzz Events, to join its board and lead the company's strategy.
This marks a significant step in Kyazze's career, as he enters the youth-driven broadcast media world through his strategic role with NRG Radio Uganda.
Julius Kyazze, one of Africa's most influential figures in entertainment and creative business, will focus on brand development, programming direction, and the group's continental expansion. His expertise will help AfriDigital strengthen NRG Uganda's position in the regional market and further beyond.

Kyazze’s experience in building creative powerhouses such as Swangz Avenue, Buzz Group Africa, and The Quollective shows his deep commitment to growing businesses across the continent. His move into media aligns with his vision of African-led platforms that resonate with culture, creativity, and commerce.

Despite his new role at NRG Uganda, Kyazze will continue to lead Swangz Avenue, Buzz Group Africa, and The Quollective Africa.
