The woman identified as Rehema Kabayana is a resident of Mukono in central Uganda.

A police report says the incident happened when the woman's boyfriend aged 28 was deep in his sleep.

After chopping off the genitals, Kabayana also tried to slit his throat -- the boyfriend,

Plotting for the cheater.

Kabayana told police authorities in Mukono that she discovered her boyfriend was frequenting at a brothel in the area. She said he was flirting with several women.

She revealed that she planned a revenge to "even the love equation" because she was angry.

"I then discovered that he was secretly going out and flirting with other girls at different bars. This made me very angry. I was full of anger inside and couldn't relax," she narrated to authorities.

Police authorities discovered that the couple had a rocky relationship.
