Benon Mugumbya recently disclosed that Rabadaba was the first artist signed by Swangz Avenue but also had the shortest tenure among all their signees.

Speaking to Vybe Life UG, Mugumbya explained that the "Silubala" hitmaker had expectations that exceeded what the label could provide at the time.

Upon signing, Rabadaba, who is now based in the U.K., was already an established artist. Among his requests was a car, a luxury the label couldn't afford then.

Despite this, Mugumbya acknowledged that Rabadaba's demand was reasonable given his prominence in the industry.

This experience has led Swangz Avenue to focus on nurturing upcoming artists rather than working with already-established talent.

Nakimera then went solo, releasing her breakthrough track "Anfukula."

Initially, Rabadaba worked as a photographer with a relative's events company, handling videography.

Encouraged by those around him, including Benon, who produced his first single "Silubala" in 2010, he pursued a solo career.
