Uganda Law Society condemns police's actions against Bobi Wine

Uganda Law Society has raised concern over the continuous blocking of Bobi Wine's concerts.

Police authorities have blocked the musician-turned-MP from performing at different shows countrywide -- the recent being the Boxing Day concert at his One Love Beach at Busabala.

The law society's president said in a statement dated December 28th they will continue to 'monitor the situation and will not hesitate to undertake any appropriate avenues and legal redress'.

On Wednesday, security operatives were deployed at Wine's One Love Beach to block a concert.

They fired tear gas and sprayed pink itchy liquids to disperse crowds.
