ISO boss on Friday confirmed that Malong Junior is under detention over 'a wide range of criminal activities'.

Kaka Bagyenda told New Vision: "He is a person of interest to us as security and it’s true we have him. He is helping us with investigations and at the right time, you will be duly informed of what charges he faces."

A source told New Vision that the 'young billionaire' was arrested over fake gold deals.

He is being accused of causing a financial loss worth of billions to several foreigners through bogus deals.

Malong Junior's controversial flashy life of private jets and parading thousands of dollars on social media has earned him a red flag.

He is also being investigated by the Kenyan police after an investigation linked him as one of the beneficiaries of blood money.

During an interview on Citizen TV with Jeff Koinange, Malong Junior said he got his wealth from Lord Jesus Christ.
