Pictures of Daniella Atim’s ‘baby sister’ get tongues wagging

"Let's gather here and wish my baby sister a happy birthday," Atim posted on Instagram on Thursday.

"Happy birthday my love, reach for the stars."

"Thanks sis [.] Love you [Daniella Atim]," Atim's sister whose name is Rayah Mutesi commented on the post.

A commenter asked: "Single or married? I have a perfect match."

Another said: "She looks drop dead [sic] gorgeous [two heart emojis]. Happy [sic] birthday."

"This beauty is for world cup.... happy birthday to her," reads another comment.

This reporter wasn't able to establish if Mutesi is Atim's biological sister or if they are just friends.

 Atim, who currently lives in the U.S., is in an Acholi by tribe, and she hails from Agago district.

Born on November 13, 1985, She was adopted and raised by an Italian Catholic priest named Father John Scalabrini, who emigrated to Uganda in 1964 at the age of 30, doing missionary work for decades and supporting orphans, the poor, and the homeless in other charitable activities.

When Scalabrini died in 2016, it is said Daniella Atim inherited some of his assets.

He succumbed to cancer of the bone at St Francis Hospital, Nsambya in Kampala, which he suffered from for five years.

At the time of his death, he was staying at his home in Luzira, Biina after developing health complications.

He was buried at St James Catholic Church, Biina. Atim, who is married to singer Jose Chameleone -- exchanged vows with him on June 7, 2008.

They have five children Abba Marcus Mayanja, Alfa Joseph Mayanja, Alba Shyne Mayanja, Amma Christian Mayanja, and Xara Amani Mayanja.

They first met in 2003 at the Alligators Bar, Garden City in Kampala.
