According to the Police, a week ago, Mutabazi called the two victims to his room, lubricated their anuses with oil, and sodomised them. Concerned neighbours alerted the parents to the victims, who tipped the area defence secretary, LCI, who responded immediately.

During arrest, the suspect was found with two other male juveniles, aged 10 and 13, seated on a hidden bench with lubricated anuses, pending sodomy. The suspect was arrested on charges of aggravated defilement and indecent assault.

Such incidents of sexual abuse against young boys and teenagers clearly reveal the dangers male juveniles face in the community.

Police said they would ensure that all perpetrators of child sexual trafficking, sodomy, and other forms of physical abuse targeting young boys and male teenagers are held accountable for their crimes.
