Kulthum says she's exercising as netizens mock her for strolling New York streets
She said she is enjoying New York streets while exercising, so a car is not necessary at the moment.

Dr. Kul is walking on foot!" she said in a TikTok video.
"You are making it hard for us to exercise. Do you see how I am enjoying New York streets, honestly? Regardless, greetings to you, my dears. I love you. I miss home."
Dr. Kulthum Nabunya flew to the U.S. recently ahead of giving birth.
Her husband, Eng. Akram Gumisiriza, had revealed in April that she was set to travel to New York to give birth. Eng. Gumisiriza had wanted to Paris, France but she opted for New York.
He also revealed that they were to do their baby shower in Cape Town, South Africa.
Dr. Kulthum Nabunya introduced Eng. Akram Gumisiriza to her parents in November 2022.
She was previously married to Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata, an Imam leader and spokesperson of the Kibuli Muslim faction, who died on December 4, 2020.
He met Nabunya when she was in senior four vacation and they got married when she was 18 in senior six.
Nabunya, who holds a Ph.D. in Educational Management from Makerere University, is pregnant with her first child with Gumisiriza.
