ISO Director General Brig. Charles Oluka dies

Brigadier General Charles Oluka, Director General of the Internal Security Organization (ISO), has passed away. The cause of his death has not yet been disclosed.

Kasambya County Member of Parliament and Secretary General of the Patriotic League of Uganda, Daudi Kabanda, expressed his condolences on X, posting, "May your soul rest in peace, Brig. Charles Oluka."
