Among the properties is the Governor Bank of Uganda residence located at Plot 7-9 Elizabeth Avenue Kololo, Kampala City.
According to the advert, members of the public have been invited to bid for the properties.

Another property listed for sale is located at plot 41 Kampala road in Masaka City and has bid security of sh24.7m.
The Bank of Uganda hasn’t come out to give a statement about the sale.
Efforts to reach out to the Bank’s spokesperson were futile as she couldn’t pick up phone calls or answer WhatsApp texts.
It should be noted that following the death of long-serving former Governor of the Bank of Uganda, Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile, early last year, Anita Among, the current Speaker of Parliament, asked Government to permanently give the Governor’s residence to his family as a token of appreciation for his dedication to serve Uganda.
Among, who made the remarks during the vigil held at the residence a day after the former governor was announced dead, said the gift would honour the integrity of Mutebile.
“Giving the house permanently to Mutebile’s family would honour the late Governor’s integrity. Mutebile served Uganda with dedication,” she said.
Among added: “I asked Thomas Tayebwa (government chief whip) to make sure that the official residence is given to the family in honour of his (Mutebile) integrity.”
Among's call caused an uproar from the public with some arguing that the late Governor was one of the best-paid civil servants, and therefore earning enough to give his family comfort.
During the vigil, Among also said Mutebile was a strong pillar in her career as she started out as an intern at Centenary Bank.
“As a young intern at Centenary Bank Gulu branch, Professor Mutebile who had visited the Bank recommended me for promotion after watching me go about my work. On his advice, I was promoted to the level of a supervisor and he became my inspiration in the banking sector,” Among said.
She described the deceased, Mutebile, as a man with integrity, honesty and humility.
