Inooro FM's Jeff Kuria in mourning

Inooro FM presenter Jeff Kuria is mourning the death of a friend who succumbed to cancer.

In a post seen by Pulselive.co.ke Kuria said that it was unbelievable his friend identified as Wambui died on Saturday.

According to the Inooro presenter, the late Wambui was battling Leukemia but succumbed to it.

“Death is so cruel .I received the news with utmost shock that you had passed away on 24th August 2019 after battling cancer (Leukemia). It’s unbelievable. Rest In Peace Wambui. #CancerSucks #RIPWammu.” He wrote on Instagram.

Jeff Kuria hosts Inooro FM breakfast show and is regarded as the King of Kikuyu radio show hosts, given his cult-like following both on social media down to his listenership.

He is also an events MC, a mentor and social media influencer as well as the CEO of Hafla events.
