Frank Gashumba blasts Sheilah's boyfriend, social media fashion police

"I don't believe in boyfriends. And I hear girls talking about their boyfriends, nonsense. We, parents, only recognise a man that you introduced to us," said Gashumba in a video shared by Sanyuka TV.

"You've now turned abnormal things, normal... Some of us still respect our cultures."

Frank Gashumba has always disapproved of his daughter's boyfriends, including the current one Rickman Manrick.

Meanwhile, Frank Gashumba told off those who are always claiming not to like his daughter's dress code yet they continue to follow her.

"If you don't like how Sheebah dresses, why do you follow her?" he said.

"Unfollow her... Sheilah is not oxygen that you've to breathe her. If you don't like how she behaves, don't follow her, period"

This is not the first time the businessman and social commentator has defended his daughter's controversial fashion style.

In 2023, he came in her defence after netizens attacked her over her outfit they said leaves little to the imagination.

Sheilah, who has always been eccentric about her lifestyle, had been pictured in clothes that covered a small part of her body.

Those on the conservative side were triggered and tweeted her with nasty comments, while those on the liberal side were supportive.

The pictures in question were taken by the entrepreneur and fashion guru Abryanz. They had flown out of the country together for an event in South Africa.

Some netizens even appeared to claim that Sheilah was cheating on the singer Rickman Manrick with Abryanz.
