Ex-Vipers star Manzoki -Simba SC discuss potential move

Simba Sports Club have reportedly wrapped up the transfer of Vipers head coach Roberto Oliviera and now want to complete the swoop with Manzoki whose signature they failed to secure in the summer transfer window.

According to reliable sources, Manzoki is in town and will be travelling to Tanzania to discuss a potential transfer from the Chinese Super League side Dalian Pro.

His employers are reportedly interested in maintaining him at the club and have made him an offer but the prospect of reuniting with Oliviera seems to have given Manzoki a second thought.

The striker before moving to China reportedly signed a pre-contract agreement with Simba SC with a clause allowing for his transfer at end of six months.

However, Manzoki reportedly now wants to negotiate fresh terms with Simba SC in order to switch.

Simba are bolstering their team for the CAF Champions League which kicks off January 2023 with the group stage action. On the other hand, Manzoki could miss action due to injury which side-lines him up to March.
