Search and rescue operations by police marine force are underway.

Police estimate that over 40 people who were on the party boat have been rescued. About 120 people were on board when the boat capsized

The death toll is likely to continue to increase.

Local media reports that some survivors claim the boat was overloaded.

They further said the boat had been out of service and today was its test day -- police haven't issued a statement about it yet.
