The judges from the court have now ordered the IEBC to conduct a repeat poll in the constituency situated in Bungoma County.

James Mukwe won the seat during last year's elections on a Ford Kenya ticket.

Mukwe garnered 18,485 votes against Tale Nabangi 18,062, winning by a slim margin of only 423 votes.
