County boss rushed to hospital after nasty road accident, one person confirmed dead [Video]

One person died on the spot while Murang’a County Executive Committee member in charge of Water Paul Macharia was rushed to hospital in critical condition following a road accident along the Kenol-Murang'a road.

Reports indicate that the county minister lost control of the car he was driving and crashed into a tree at Kaharati.

Good Samaritans and emergency response teams who rushed to the scene rushed Macharia to Murang'a General Hospital where doctors are attending to him.

One person who was in his car and who died on the spot is yet to be identified.
