Last week, the central bank's head of security testified before the parliamentary committee that CCTV camera captured Bagyenda's driver and bodyguard stealing vital documents from BoU on February 11th, four days after firing her.

Her bodyguard and driver were later arrested to aid the CIID in the investigations of how bags of documents left the central bank.
